Lucky Box Vending, LLC ("Lucky Box", "we", "us", or "our") operates experiential vending machines and the website luckyboxvending.com (the “Site”). We do not sell products directly through the Site.

  • Identification & Contact Details: name, email, mobile phone number, and optionally social media handles if provided.

  • User-Submitted Content: messages or contact form submissions, including inquiries or event entries.
    We avoid collecting sensitive personal data.

  • Personalization & Analytics: segment audiences (e.g., "SMS subscribers", "recent openers") and analyze performance.

  • Security & Compliance: help prevent fraud, enforce our policies, and uphold legal obligations.
    We do not process payments or facilitate purchases via the Site.
