1. All Sales Are Final

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted under any circumstances.

  • Purchases are considered final once payment is processed.

2. Mystery Box Disclaimer

  • Each Lucky Box contains collectible items selected at random.

  • Contents vary in rarity and type. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the element of chance.

  • Lucky Box does not guarantee specific items inside any box.

3. Golden Ticket & Prizes

  • If you receive a Golden Ticket or prize voucher, it must be redeemed according to the instructions provided.

  • Prizes may require verification of authenticity and eligibility before fulfillment.

  • Lucky Box is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Golden Tickets.

4. Age Requirements

  • Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.

  • By completing this transaction, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

5. Liability

  • Lucky Box and its partners are not liable for dissatisfaction with the contents or collectible grading outcomes.

  • We are not responsible for any damage caused to items after removal from the machine.

  • Lucky Box is not responsible for lost or stolen items once dispensed.

6. Machine Malfunctions

  • If a machine error occurs and no product is dispensed, please contact Lucky Box customer support using the details on the machine.

  • Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Customer Conduct

  • Misuse of the machines, fraudulent activity, or tampering will void any transaction and may result in further action.

8. Modifications

  • Lucky Box reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version posted on the machine at the time of purchase applies to your transaction.
